An HR administrator can add Mangers and their Direct reporters from the Job section under the People tab.
Here are the steps to do this:
Click on the People tab from the left side menu.
Click on the Briefcase icon to get the Job section.
Scroll down to the Manager(s) section.
Click on the + icon under Manager(s) section to add a Manager.
Next to the Manager(s) section there is Direct report(s) section.
Click on the + icon under the Direct report(s) section and from the search bar, type the name of the direct report and click on save to add them as the direct report.
