How to add new Desks to a location?

In this article we will see how to add a new desk to a location in HybridHero V2

To create a new desk under a location, follow the below-mentioned steps:

  1. Navigate to Location settings under Company settings.

  2. Navigate to the required Location, Building and Floor.

  3. Once the floor is selected click on Add Workspace button or Add Multiple Workspaces button.

  4. To add a single workspace, give the workspace name and description.

  5. Click on the Permissions menu and assign the team to the workspace and click on Save.

  6. To add multiple workspaces, download CSV template file and fill in the details.

  7. Upload the template with workspace details and click on Validate and click Upload, the workspaces will be created.
