To allow the users (employees) to avail of the leaves, we need to assign these users to a specific leave profile. Follow the below-mentioned steps to assign a leave profile to a user:
Search for the user to whom you want the leave profile to be assigned to
Click on View HR profile of the user
Click on the Job tab from the top menu bar
Click on the drop-down list next to the Leave profile of the selected user
Choose the right one for the user
Choose the appropriate Work calendar
Click Save to assign the leave profile.
