In Order to create a leave profile, kindly create all the leave types through the first section or you can refer to this article Initial Setup: How to create leave types.
Once you have created all the leave types, kindly follow the below-mentioned steps to create a leave profile:
Go to the People Settings option under Company Settings
Select the second option of Leave Profile
Click on '+' icon
Tick the Active box
Enter the name of the profile
select the leave types and defaults that need to be included and Save to create the new leave profile.
