When you are a user:
The month view will be selected by default.
In Month view user can book the workspace based on available location. To book below are the steps:
Click Plan from the left menu.
Select the workspace icon from the top left.
Select the appropriate location for the workspace/desk.
Click on the workspace/desk that is available.
The booking window will open; select the time period of the booking.
Click on book to confirm.
When you are an Admin/Team Manager
You will have two options namely:
Month View
Team View
To book workspace/desk for yourself, please select Month view and follow the steps as mentioned above.
To book workspace/desk for someone else, select Team view and then select the corresponding user.
Below are the steps to be followed:
Click Plan from the left menu.
Select the workspace icon from the top left.
Change the view type to Team.
Click on the drop down to select the user from the respective team.
Select the appropriate date and click.
The booking window will open enter the details like time, date of the booking etc.
Click on book to confirm.
