While HybridHero generally functions flawlessly, occasional issues may arise. If you encounter problems with the app, here are the steps you should take to address them

Restart the app

Close the app completely and reopen it. Sometimes, this simple step can resolve minor glitches or temporary issues.

Force stop

In certain cases, restarting the app may not completely remove it from your phone's memory. To address this, you can force-stop the app by following these steps:

  • Long press the app icon on your phone's screen.

  • A menu should appear with various options.

  • Look for the Force Stop option and tap on it.

  • Confirm the action if prompted.

  • This will forcibly stop the app and clear it from the device's active memory.

Restart your device

If restarting the app doesn't work, try restarting your mobile device. This can clear out any background processes that might be interfering with the app's performance.

Check for updates

Ensure that your Hybridhero app is up to date. Visit the app store (Google Play Store or Apple App Store), search for the app, and check if there are any available updates. Updating the app can often fix bugs and improve stability.

Check your internet connection

Check your internet connection Verify that your device is connected to a stable network. Try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data to see if the issue is specific to one network.

Clear app cache and data storage (Android)

  • Go to Settings.

  • Tap Storage then Apps.

  • Scroll down until you reach HybridHero 1.

  • Tap Clear Storage and confirm.

Clear app cache and data storage (Apple)

  • Navigate to Settings > General > iPhone Storage.

  • Scroll down until you reach HybridHero 1.

  • Click on the app, hit the Delete App option.

  • Once you confirm your action, the app and its cache data will be removed from your iPhone.

Delete and reinstall the app

If clearing the cache and data storage does not resolve the issue please try uninstalling the app, restarting your phone, and then reinstalling it.
