For your employee safety and wellbeing, HybridHero has implemented a Covid self-certification feature which can be configured by the administrator in the web app. If you are requested to complete a Covid-19 questionnaire, take the following steps.
Tap Wellbeing from the navigation bar.
Tap the Covid button to launch the questionnaire
Complete the questionnaire and tap Submit.
