How to download visitor management reports

This article explains how to download reports from the Visitor Management tab in HybridHero.

Note: The Visitors tab will only be visible once the Visitor Management feature has been enabled for your company. You can reach out to support@hybridhero.com to enable it for you. 

Visitor reports help you:

• Track Check-in & Check-out activity

• Monitor location-based visits

• Maintain compliance and records

• Review historical visitor data

Steps to Download Visitor Reports

1. Log in to HybridHero.

2. From the left-hand menu, click on the Visitors tab.

3. Once on the Visitor Management page, you will see filters such as:

   • Location

   • Date

   • All Visitors, Who's Check-in Visitors, Who's Checked-out Visitors, Pre-registered Visitors and Non Pre-registered Visitors. 

4. Select the desired Location:

   • Choose a specific location, or

   • Select Global to retrieve data across all locations.

5. Select the desired Date.

   

6. Click the Download icon located in the top-right corner.

The system will automatically download the report for the entire month based on the selected date. The downloaded report will include visitor data for the full month corresponding to the selected date.
