How to Continue or Overwrite a Conflicting Booking?

This article explains how to manage conflicting bookings in HybridHero using the new overwrite option.

When creating a booking for the same date and time as an existing booking, a pop-up message will appear. This allows you to either continue with your existing booking or overwrite it with the new selection.

Note: The overwrite option will only appear when attempting to create a booking for the same time as an existing booking.

With this enhancement, users can now:

• View details of their existing booking

• Choose to keep the existing booking

• Overwrite it directly with the new booking

How to Overwrite a Conflicting Booking

1. Log in to HybridHero.

2. Create a booking from:

   • Quick Book

   • Floorplan

   • Schedule tab

3. Select a date and time that matches an existing booking.

4. A pop-up message will appear displaying details of your existing booking.

5. You will see two options:

   • Continue Existing Booking

   • Overwrite Current Booking (displayed in red button)

     

6. Click Overwrite Current Booking.

7. Your previous booking will automatically be updated to the newly selected desk.

This provides greater flexibility and better visibility when managing schedules.
