Quick Book: How to Choose an Asset

In this article, we will understand how to add an asset using the Quick Book option for both Day and Week views in HybridHero. The Quick Book feature allows users to quickly reserve assets such as desks without navigating through multiple tabs. It simplifies the booking process and saves time.

Steps for Quick Book – Day 

1. Log in to HybridHero.

2. Click on Quick Book at the top of the page.

   

3. By default, the booking page opens in Day.

4. Select the Asset Type from the dropdown menu.

   

5. Scroll down and click on Choose.

   Note: If you have a preferred desk saved, it will automatically appear if available.

6. 

7. Select the desired location: (Country - City - Floor)

   

8. The system will display the list of available desks for the selected floor. Click on Select to Proceed.

9. 

   Once the desk is selected, you can change it by click on 'Change' button.

10. You can also click on the dropdown next to Available to display all Desks on the Floorplan and scroll to select. 

    

11. Select the desired desk and click Save to complete the booking.

Steps for Quick Book – Week 

1. Log in to HybridHero.

2. Click on Quick Book at the top of the page.

   

    

3. Next to the date, select the Booking Type (e.g., Desk, Remote, Out of office).

   

4. Scroll down and click on Choose.

   Note: If you have a preferred desk saved, it will automatically appear if available.

   

5. Select the desired location: (Country - City - Floor)

   

6. The system will display the list of available desks for the selected floor.

7. Once the desk is selected, you can also change it by click on 'Change' button. 

   

8. You can also click on the dropdown next to Available to display all Desks on the Floorplan and scroll to select.

   

9. Select the desired desk and click Save to complete the booking.

Using the Quick Book feature makes desk reservations simple and efficient for both single-day and weekly bookings.
