In this article, we will understand how to make an appraisal active, inactive, or delete it, allowing Admins to manage which appraisal are available for use, maintain accurate performance records, and remove outdated or unused appraisals when necessary.
Note: Only Admins can make appraisals active, inactive, or delete them.
Steps to Make an Appraisal Active or Inactive
Log in to your HybridHero account.
Go to People Settings under Company Settings.
Click on the Performance Management tab from the top menu.

Click on the Edit (pencil) icon beside the appraisal you would like to update.
A settings panel will open on the right-hand side.
Tick the checkbox to make the appraisal Active.

Untick the checkbox to make the appraisal Inactive.
Click Save at the bottom to apply the changes.
By managing the active status, Admins can control which appraisals are available for use while retaining historical records where necessary.
Steps to Delete an Appraisal
Log in to your HybridHero account.
Go to People Settings under Company Settings.
Click on the Performance Management tab.
Click on the Edit (pencil) icon beside the appraisal you wish to delete.
A settings panel will open on the right-hand side.

Click on the Bin icon to delete the appraisal.

A confirmation pop-up will appear (as this action will delete related data). Click Continue to proceed.
Deleting an appraisal is permanent and may remove associated data. Please ensure the appraisal is no longer required before confirming the deletion.
