How to view user activity history

In this article, we will understand how Admins or Facility Managers can view a user’s activity history. This feature allows you to see what changes were made to a user’s profile, who made those changes, and when they were made.

Note: Only Admins and Facility Managers have access to the user settings

Steps to View User Activity History

1. Log in to your HybridHero account.

2. Navigate to User Settings under Company Settings.

   

3. Select the desired user from the list. A settings panel will open on the right-hand side.

4. Click on the History icon (third tab).

5. You will be able to view:

   • The date and time of the change

   • Who made the change

   • What changes were made

   

By using the History tab, Admins and Facility Managers can easily track user profile updates and maintain transparency over account changes.
