In this article we will understand how to update users notification preferences as it allows you to control how and when users receive important booking and check-in updates. This helps ensure users are notified through the right channels (email or push notifications), reducing missed check-ins, booking confusion, and unnecessary alerts.
Note: Only Admins and Facility Managers can update notification preferences for users.
Steps to Update Notification Preferences
Log in to your HybridHero account.
Go to Company Settings and navigate to User Settings.

Select the desired user from the list.
A settings panel will open on the right.
Scroll down to Notification Preferences.

Select or tick the required options for the user:
Check-in Alerts (Push)
Check-in Alerts (Email)
Booking Change Alerts (Push)
Booking Change Alerts (Email)

Click Save at the bottom to apply the changes.
The selected user will now receive notifications based on the updated preferences.
