In this article we will understand how crucial is setting a timezone at the building level as it ensures that all bookings like desks, meeting rooms, and parking follow the local time of that building.
Once a timezone is configured, all bookings made for that building will align with the selected timezone, preventing scheduling conflicts, incorrect check-in times, and confusion for users working across different regions.
Note: Only Admins, Facility Managers, or Location Managers can configure building timezone settings.
Steps to Set a Building Timezone
Log in to your HybridHero account.
Go to Company Settings and navigate to Location Settings.
Select the desired location hierarchy (Country → State → City).
If the building already exists:
Click the Edit (pencil) icon next to the building name.

Scroll down to the Timezone section.

If the building is not yet created:
Click Create a New Location.
Select Building as the location level.
Scroll down to the Timezone section.
From the Timezone dropdown, select the appropriate timezone for the building.

Click Save at the bottom to apply the changes.
The building is now configured with the correct timezone, and all bookings will be created according to that timezone.
