Dashboard: How to use Clone function?

In this article, we will understand how to use the Clone function in HybridHero.

The Clone feature allows you to quickly copy your previous week’s bookings (such as desk and parking space) to the upcoming week with the same timings and locations. This helps save time and ensures consistency for users who follow a regular weekly schedule.

Step-by-Step Guide: How to Use the Clone Function

1. Login to your HybridHero account.

2. You will land on the Dashboard page.

3. On the top right of the page, click on the Calendar icon.

4. Use the ‘>’ arrow to move to the next week.

   

5. The dashboard will now display the upcoming week.

6. Just below the ‘>’ arrow, you’ll see the Clone button.

   

Please Note: 

• The Clone button only copies previous week’s bookings to the upcoming week.
• If you already have bookings for the upcoming week, those may be overridden.
• If any desks or parking spaces from the previous week are no longer available, they will not be cloned.

7. Click on the Clone button.

8. A confirmation pop-up will appear with the details.

   

9. Click Continue to clone.

Your last week’s bookings (with the same locations and timings) will now be visible on your Dashboard. Using the Clone function is an efficient way to manage recurring bookings, ensuring you maintain your preferred spaces and schedule each week without the need to manually rebook.
