HybridHero lets admins set cancellation rules for meeting rooms, helping free up unused spaces, reduce no-shows, and keep rooms available for others.
How to Set Up the Cancellation Time Window
Follow these simple steps:
- Login to your HybridHero account
- Go to your Dashboard
- Click on the Company Settings tab
- Open the Location Settings section
- Click the Edit button next to the location you'd like to update
- A screen would pop up on right side of the screen, please navigate to the Meeting Rooms tab
- Find the option labeled “Allow Cancel of a Booking”
- Set the desired time (in minutes or hours) before the scheduled start time during which users are allowed to cancel
- Click Save Changes to confirm the update
Once enabled, users will only be able to cancel their meeting room reservations within the time frame you’ve defined—ensuring a more structured, predictable schedule for everyone.
