In this article, you’ll learn how to add and track company-issued assets in HybridHero, helping you maintain clear records of equipment assigned to each user and ensuring better accountability and inventory management.
Steps by Step guide: to Add an Asset
- Log in to your HybridHero account
- From the left-hand menu, click on People's tab
- Navigate to the Assets tab from the top menu bar

Click on the + Add icon button and fill up the details.
- Enter Asset Details and Fill in the following fields:
- Category (Mandatory)– e.g., Laptop, Monitor, ID Card, etc.
- Description – Model or type of the item
- Serial Number – A unique code for device
- Loaned Date (Mandatory)
- Return Date (if applicable)
- Cost
- Notes
- Upload file (e.g., receipt, agreement, etc.)
- Once completed, click Save.
You can return anytime to update or remove asset details, helping ensure accurate records of company-issued equipment.
