How to Edit or Delete Benefits Information?

As an administrator or HR manager, maintaining up-to-date benefits information is essential. In HybridHero, you can easily edit or delete benefits such as general perks, health insurance, or pension details through the People section.

This guide walks you through the steps needed to manage this information effectively.

Steps to Edit or Delete Benefits Information:

1. Log in to the HybridHero web app

Start by logging in with your administrator credentials.

2. Navigate to the People tab

From the left-hand menu, click on People. This will take you to the user directory.

3. Select the relevant employee profile

Click on the employee whose benefits you want to manage. You’ll see a profile summary including their emergency roles, team, and latest work history.

4. Click on the Benefits tab

Navigate to the Benefits section where you will see categorized benefits:

• General benefits
• Health insurance
• Pension

Each category contains relevant benefit entries. Click on + button to add the details for each of these entries.

5. Edit an existing benefit

• Click on the benefit entry you wish to modify (if any exists).
• Update the fields such as ID/Email, Comment, or Link.
• Click Save to apply your changes.

If the benefit doesn’t yet exist, you can use the + icon to add a new entry.

6. Delete a benefit

If a benefit entry needs to be removed:

• Open the specific benefit entry.
• Look for a delete (trash/bin) icon or Delete option inside the pop-up.
• Confirm deletion when prompted.

Deleted data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered, so proceed with caution.

Accurate benefits information is essential for supporting your employees and ensuring compliance with company policies. Regularly review this section to keep everything current.
