How to View the Organization Chart?

In this article we will understand from where to view the Organization chart. The Org Chart in HybridHero provides a visual representation of your organization's structure, showing how teams and individuals are connected through reporting lines.

Step-by-Step Guide: To view Organization Chart

1. Log in to Your HybridHero Account
2. Navigate to the People Tab from left menu
3. Access the Org Chart from the menu bar
   • In the People tab, look for the Organizational Chart button or icon
   • Click it to open the interactive Organizational Chart

4. What You Can Do in the Org Chart:

• Search for any employee by name or email.
• Click on a user to see their profile, title, manager, and direct reports.
• View reporting lines for teams, departments, or individuals.
• Understand the hierarchical structure of your company.

Note:

• Visibility may depend on your access level. Some users may only see their team or department.
• If you don’t see the Org Chart, reach out to your admin for access permissions.
