How to enable or disable automatic check-in for parking?

HybridHero allows administrators to control whether users need to manually check in for their reservations. Follow the steps below to enable or disable the automatic check-in feature for parking.

 Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Navigate to Location Settings

• Go to the sidebar menu and click on Company Settings.
• From the dropdown, select Location Settings.

2. Click on Edit

• Locate the relevant location from the list.
• Click the Edit button on the right side of the screen (below the search icon).

3. Select the Parking Icon

• At the top of the configuration panel, click on the Parking icon to open the parking configuration options.

4. Enable or Disable Automatic Check-In

• Scroll down to the Automatic check-in section.
• Select Yes to enable automatic check-in.
• Select No to require users to check in manually.

5. Save Changes

• Click on Save Changes to apply your preferences.
