Step-by-Step Guide:
- Log in to your HybridHero account
- Click on your name initials on the top right corner.
- Select the Preferences Option:
- Scroll to the Notification Settings
- Choose your preferred alert type under the relevant categories (e.g., booking confirmations, check-ins, system alerts):
- Email: To receive Check-in or Event Change alerts on Emails
- Push: To receive Check-in or Event Change alerts on your device
- Both: To receive Check-in or Event Change alerts on Email as well as Device
- None: To not receive any Check-in or Event Change alerts on Email as well as Device
Click on Save to apply changes.
