Preferences - How to Set General Settings

With the help of this article, you can setup your default work hours, preferred language, required date format, Time format, and Vehicle Registration. That way, you don’t have to pick them every single time you book HybridHero remembers it for you

3. Go to General settings, and here are different settings you can configure from here. 

 

The General settings section under Preferences allows you to personalize your HybridHero experience and streamline everyday bookings. Here are the different settings you can configure:

1. Language
   Choose your Preferred language from a list of 14 supported languages. Once selected, HybridHero will be displayed in the language of your choice, making it more accessible and user-friendly.
2. Default Work Start Time
   Set your usual work start time. This will automatically be applied when booking desks, saving you the effort of selecting the time each time you make a reservation.
3. Default Work End Time
   Similarly, choose your typical work end time. This setting helps pre-fill your desk booking time range, speeding up the process.
4. Time Format
   Select between 12-hour or 24-hour format based on your preference. This choice will reflect across your calendar and booking views in the platform.
5. Vehicle Registration
   Enter your vehicle’s registration number here. This will be automatically applied whenever you book a parking space, saving you from re-entering it each time.

By configuring these simple preferences, you can create a more tailored and time-saving experience within HybridHero. These settings help reduce repetitive actions and improve minimal interactions within the app.
