How to Set Your Preferred Meeting Room

Follow these simple steps to configure your preferred meeting room:

1. Login to your HybridHero account

2. Click on the dropdown beside your profile initials at the top-right corner

3. Select the Preferences option

4. Go to Preferred Room and click the Pencil icon

5. An edit panel will appear on the right-hand side

6. Select your location using the 📍 balloon icon.

7. Choose your preferred meeting room from the available list

8. Click Save

💡 Once saved, your selected room will be used automatically for future bookings—saving you time and clicks.

What If the Room Is Unavailable?

If your preferred meeting room is already booked, HybridHero will automatically assign the next closest available room. This smart fallback keeps your booking process seamless and efficient without requiring any manual adjustments.
