By modifying your settings in the HybridHero mobile app, you can ensure that your experience is tailored to your needs and preferences.
To access the Settings Menu, click on the wheel icon in the top right-hand corner of the home page.
From here, you can view and update your profile, set your preferences, set security details, get help using the app and log out of the application.
Important note: Any updates you make to your profile will be reflected in both the mobile app and web app.
Your Profile
At the top of the Settings screen, you will see your photo and name. Tap View Profile to upload or change your photo and set your defaults including working hours, location, and default assets.
Upload or change your photo.

Tap View Profile from the settings screen.

Tap Upload photo.

You have the option to either upload a photo that already exists or capture a new one using your phone's camera. If you choose to use the camera, HybridHero would request permission to access it.

Once you have selected the photo, you may adjust the scale. Once you are happy, click on the tick icon in the top right-hand corner.
Set your default working hours.
Your default working hours set the standard start and end time for any bookings you create or are created on your behalf.

Tap View Profile from the settings screen.

Tap on the Start time or End time from the Default working hours section to update these values.
Set your default location.
Save time by setting your default location for new bookings.

Tap View Profile from the settings screen.

Tap on the location displayed in the Default location section and navigate to the desired location.
Set your default workspace, parking space and room.
Save time by setting your default workspace, parking space and room for new bookings.

Tap View Profile from the settings screen.

Tap on change in the workspace, parking space or room sections to view a list of available assets.

Choose a new workspace, parking space or room by tapping Select next to the asset name.

Additionally, you can use the search bar at the top of the screen to search for assets.
Set your default vehicle registration number.
Save time when making car park bookings by entering your default vehicle registration number.

Tap View Profile from the settings screen.

Tap into the section containing the vehicle registration number and enter a new one.

Your changes will be saved on exiting this field.
Update your contact details.
The contact details that HybridHero holds for you and that are visible to other users are displayed in the View Profile section of the settings screen.
From here you can update your contact phone number, but your email address and team must be updated by your team manager or administrator. To update your contact number.

Tap View Profile from the settings screen.

Tap into the section containing the contact number and enter a new one.
Preferences Section
Change your language preference.
HybridHero is available in eleven different languages.

Tap Language from the Preferences section of the settings screen.

Select your chosen language by tapping it.
Update notification preferences
You can receive notifications regarding important events that impact you within the system, including:

Reminders for check-in/check-out
-
Notifications for bookings made, modified, or cancelled.

Reminders to complete mandatory Covid-19 self-certification forms.
You have the option to select your preferred method of receiving reminders for each category: email, push message (mobile), both, or none. To set these preferences, follow the steps below:

Tap Notifications from the Preferences section of the settings screen.

Toggle on and off, each of the notification settings as per your preferences.
Security Section.
Set up and edit pin.
If your organization has enabled pin login, you can choose to use a pin for quicker and more convenient access to the application.

Tap Set up and edit pin from the Security section of the settings screen.

Enter a six-digit PIN, enter it again in the second field for verification and tap Set.

When you next log in to the application, you will have the option to sign in with a pin.
Reset password.
Important note: This information is specifically relevant if you intend to reset your password and already know your current password.

Tap Reset Password from the Security section of the settings screen.

Enter your current password, followed by your new password, and then repeat the new password for verification purposes. Then tap Change Password.
App Section.
Help & Troubleshooting
To view support articles and access live chat while using the mobile app tap Help & Troubleshooting from the App section of the settings screen.
About (app version number)
When contacting our support team, you may be asked what version number of Hybrid Hero you have installed. You can find this information in the App section of the settings screen.
Log out.
To log out of the application, tap Logout from the App section of the settings screen.
