How to set up Organization chart under People?

HR Admins (with Edit Permissions for Org Charts) can set up organization chart under People. Here are the actions that could be done:

• HR admin can build/edit the Org Chart by adding direct Reports under the Head of Org.
• HR admin can swap/replace the Head of Organization or Root Node with Another Person from the Unassigned List or from the Head’s Direct Reports.

Even when the Organization Chart has not been built, anyone with HR Admin permissions who clicks on the Organization Chart Tab should be able to see at least the Root Node.

Steps to Set Up or Edit the Org Chart

1. Go to People tab and then select 4th Option of Org Chart
2. Click on the pencil icon and the edit window will appear on the right side of the screen
3. Make changes under Direct Report and follow the same process for changing reporter of other users under CEO.
4. Click Save post the selection of Direct Report 

The Org Chart with the Root Node/First person and few Direct reporter should appear as per the following:
