How to change the team for the user?/ How to assign a user to a Team? – HybridHero

Let's learn how to assign a user to a Team in HybridHero V2.

Note: Admins can change an existing user from one team to another.

A user has to be assigned to a particular team to book an asset in HybridHero. To change the team for a user, please follow the below steps.

Login in HybridHero.
Select Company settings from the left menu.
Click on User settings.
Choose and click on the user who needs a team change.
User profile window will pop up on the right-hand side.
Click on the Team icon.
Under Primary team, search for the right team in which user has to be assigned.
Click on Save button.
