Log in to your HybridHero account
Click on your profile initials at the top right corner of the screen
Select the Preferences option

Under Preferred Desk, click the Pencil icon
Choose your desired desk from the list of available options
Click Save to apply changes

Once saved, this desk will be auto-selected for you during future bookings saving you time and effort every day.

What Happens If Your Preferred Desk Is Unavailable?

No need to worry, if your preferred desk is already booked, HybridHero will automatically assign you the next closest available desk. This smart logic ensures your booking experience remains smooth, fast, and hassle-free without requiring any extra input from you.
