How to book a parking space? (Floor plan)

In this article, you’ll learn how to easily book a parking space using the Floor Plan tab in HybridHero helping you secure your spot in advance and avoid last-minute parking hassles.

Whether you’re heading into the office or planning your week, HybridHero allows you to pre-book a parking space in just a few taps through its visual Floor Plan.

Steps to Book a Parking Space via Floor Plan

1. Log in to HybridHero.
2. Click on the Floor Plan Tab
3. Set the Booking Details

• If needed, change the location to the correct office or building.
• Adjust the date, start time, and end time for your booking.

• Use pinch to zoom in or out of the floor layout for better visibility.

  

4. Understand the Color Code for Parking.

This helps you instantly see which parking spaces are free.

5. Tap on a Parking Space: Tap an available (Green) or requestable (Orange) parking space. A booking panel will open with the details of that space.
6. Once the details are entered click on Save to save the booking.
