You can set an asset to be unavailable for external team members, but there's no automatic option to make it unavailable or available for a specific period. You must do this manually. Once you make the asset unavailable for non primary team members, you also need to manually make it available again after the required time has passed.
Here are the steps to make an asset unavailable:
Step 1: Go to Company Settings Tab
Step 2: Click on Location settings.
Step 3: Navigate to the floor where the desk that needs to be assigned is located.
(Country>>State>>City>>Building>>Floor)
Step 4: Click on the Edit button against the Workspace/Meeting room /Car parking which should be made unavailable.
Step 5: Click on the Permissions tab near the settings tab.
Step 6: Scroll to the Availability section where you will be able to see a dropdown list. From there select the Unavailable option.
This will prevent any users other than the primary team from booking the asset. Once a certain time has passed, the admins can change it to Available.
