How to clone your bookings from one week to another?

The Clone function allows you to easily duplicate your current week's workspace, parking, or remote bookings into future weeks.

Welcome to our step-by-step guide on how to use the Clone function to replicate your weekly bookings with just one click on HybridHero V2. This feature is designed to save you time and streamline your scheduling process.

Please note that the Clone function cannot be used to clone Meeting room bookings or leave.

Steps to clone your bookings:

  1. Create your bookings for the current week

    • Create your workspace, parking, or remote bookings as usual for the current week.

  2. Move to the next week

    • On the calendar interface, click the arrow to move to the next week.

    • You should now see a blank slate for the upcoming week.

  3. Locate and click the Clone button within the calendar interface.

    The system will process your request and replicate your current week's bookings into the selected future week. The system will display a confirmation message or prompt after the bookings are successfully cloned.


Important Information

  • Overriding Existing Bookings: Be aware that using the Clone function will override any existing bookings in the selected week. Make sure you want to replace any previously created bookings.

  • Asset Availability: If any assets (workspace or parking) are not available at the selected times in the upcoming week, those specific bookings will not be created. Double-check availability to ensure your bookings are successfully replicated.

With the Clone function, managing your weekly bookings has never been easier on HybridHero V2. Just create your bookings for the current week, move to the next week, click Clone, and you're all set.

Remember, this feature cannot be used for Meeting room bookings or leave.
