Error: "1999"- What should I do?

First, let us know why Error "1999" appears - The error occurs when a user check-in to an expired booking. A booking’s check-in option will expire 15 minutes after the booking start time and if the user tries to check in after the booking has expired, error 1999 appears.

To overcome this "Error" the user should follow the below steps.

Step 1: Try refreshing the page and try to book again.


Please clear the cookies and cache. Try to log in through incognito mode or in private window mode from your browser.

Step 2: Create a booking and save.
