Step 2: [For Clients Using SSO] Verify Email Address in HybridHero and Active Directory

  • If your email address is added in HybridHero, but you still receive the "Access Denied" error, confirm that the same email address is added to your company's Active Directory.

  • Ensure consistency between the email address in HybridHero and the one in your company's Active Directory.

Step 3: Clear Cookies and Cache, Try Incognito Window

  • Clear cookies and cache on your browser to eliminate any stored login data conflicts.

  • After clearing cookies and cache, try logging in again, preferably using an incognito or private browsing window.
