As a Tenant Admin in HybridHero Visitor Management, you have the privilege to create new buildings and managing admins and building managers efficiently.
Login as Tenant Admin: HybridHero: Visitor Management Visit the HybridHero: Visitor Management login page and enter your organization name. Log in using your Google or Microsoft authorization credentials.
Access Admin Building Creation: Once logged in, access the admin building creation section, where you can manage admins and building managers.
CSV Upload: To add new admins or building managers, prepare a CSV file containing the required information, such as names, email addresses, and roles. The CSV file should have a separate list for each - the admin list and the building manager list.
Upload CSV: Upload the CSV file to the VM app. The system will process the data and create new admins and building managers accordingly.
Ensure the CSV file is correctly formatted, with the necessary fields for each user (name, email, role).
Verify the role assigned to each user in the CSV to ensure they receive appropriate access and permissions.
Double-check the CSV data before uploading to avoid any errors or discrepancies in the user information.
After the initial set-up is completed :
Once the building list is uploaded to the Tenant admin portal, log in to the Visitors app on the iPad.
Complete all the company settings and building settings to Launch the app for the visitors.
At least one building information is mandatory to be completed to launch the application
