If you're new to the HybridHero Visitors app, this guide will help you get started and make the most of our platform.
Here's how to Complete the check-in process :
Click on the Launch button from the home screen.
Select the Location> City> and Building from the next screen and click on Continue.
Set the access point from where the device is located.
Click on Check-in from the company home page.
Provide the Visitor's First and last name email address and Phone number and click Continue
Click on Host and type the name of the Person from the office who has the visitor invited select the reason for the visit and click Continue.
From the next screen, answer the screening question and click Continue.
Click the photo of the visitor to print the badge, then click on Accept and Print.
Click on the Check-in button visible after the terms and conditions page and a successful Check-in message will be displayed.
