If you receive an 'Email or company name is invalid' error, this is usually because either:
Incorrect company name
The exact name of the company you provide during the login procedure must precisely match the registered information in the HybridHero application. Check that it doesn't contain any leading or trailing spaces. If you are uncertain about the company name, please reach out to your administrator or use our Live Chat feature below. Please review the spelling of your email address to ensure that it doesn't contain any errors.User is not registered in the application
All users must be registered in HybridHero to use the application. Please check with your administrator to confirm that you are a registered user.
Error Message: You have entered an incorrect username or password
If you receive a You have entered an incorrect username or password error, this is usually because of either:
Incorrect email address
Please review the spelling of your email address to ensure that it doesn't contain any errors.The user is not registered in the application
All users must be registered in HybridHero to use the application. Please check with your administrator to confirm that you are a registered user.
Error Message: Wrong user login type. Please login with SSO
If your company has enabled SSO login it is not possible to login using a username and password. Please select the Sign in with SSO option and follow the instructions here.
