The Hybridhero mobile app is available for both iOS and Android devices.

Download the HybridHero mobile app
To download the HybridHero mobile app, simply go to Google Play Store or the App Store and search for HybridHero or scan one of the QR codes below
Log in using your company email address
Important notes:
If you are signing in for the first time and haven't set up a password, tap the Forgot your password link and follow the instructions here.
If your company has SSO enabled, you should refer to the instructions below for Log in using single sign on.
Tap Sign in from the initial screen.
Enter the name of your company. If you are uncertain about the company name, please reach out to your administrator or use our Live Chat feature below. We would be happy to assist you in verifying it.
Enter your work email address and password and click on Sign in.
Log in using single sign-on (SSO)
Important notes: SSO is only available for clients that have requested it. If you receive an error when trying to log in through SSO, please try logging in using your company email address instead.
Tap Sign in with SSO from the initial screen
Enter the name of your company and tap Sign in. If you are uncertain about the company name, please reach out to your administrator or use our Live Chat feature below. We would be happy to assist you in verifying it.
You will be automatically taken to your authentication provider’s page to log in.
Reset or forgot your password
If you have forgotten your password or are logging in to HybridHero for the first time, tap the Forgot your password link.
Enter your company name and email address and tap Submit password reset.
If your company name and email address are valid, you will receive a confirmation message and an email will be sent with further instructions.
Check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email entitled Welcome to HybridHero.
Tap the Change Password link from the email.
Enter a new password and tap Save.
If you are logging in to HybridHero for the first time, you will be asked to accept the End User License Agreement (EULA).
Return to the mobile app and use the new password to log in.
